NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2015, in the above action that the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Parcel I - The North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, LESS the East 250 feet of the North 307.9 feet, LESS the East 120 feet of the West 299 feet and LESS the East 154 feet of the West 179 feet of the North 305 feet thereof, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida. SUBJECT TO a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 25 feet of the East 225 feet of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida LESS the East 30 feet thereof for road. TOGETHER WITH an easement for road purposes across the South 25 feet of the East 120 feet of the West 299 feet of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
AND
Parcel II - The West 100 feet of the East 250 feet of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 Sought, Range 21 East, LESS the South 25 feet thereof, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 25 feet of the East 225 feet of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 South, Rage 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the East 30 feet thereof for road.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
