NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006898, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH HASTINGS; TOWN 'N COUNTRY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM OF TAMPA, INC.; MARIA HASTINGS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7309, BUILDING 2, OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4238, PAGE 151, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
