NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002627c of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AHL2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and BARBARA MENDEZ; CHASE BANK OF TEXAS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; F.A. MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. F/KJA FLORIDA ASSET MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, INC.; J.K. UNIT 108, BUILDING A, OF THE OAKS UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3593, PAGE 1133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF IDLLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
