Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 13, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 127, SIENA VILLAS AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12708, PAGES 1681, ALL ATTACHMENTS, AND AS MODIFIED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12723, PAGE 1095, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
