NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-009348 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and TINA WALKER, DAVID H. ILLGES, TINA WALKER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CYNTHIA A. ILLGES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CYNTHIA A. ILLGES, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID H. ILLGES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA WALKER, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Estate of Cynthia A. Illges, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND THE SOUTH FIVE FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 16, RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 9, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
