The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM2, Plaintiff and IANA NEDELCHEV; NEDELCHO NEDELCHEV; ET AL, are defendants. Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this May 5th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
