DONALD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARRY L. DONALD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY T. DONALD; VICKIE D. NEWSOME; BILLY DONALD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILLY DONALD; ANTHONY T. DONALD; FELICISA ROBERTSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELICISA ROBERTSON; MYRA J. DONALD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALIJHA DONALD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KATRISHA EARLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKIE D. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 20.00 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 30.00 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK5, FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
