NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 04, 2014, and entered in 09-001940-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-B is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA M. BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA MARNITA BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA M. REED A/K/A CYNTHIA M. BROOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA M. BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA MARNITA BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA BROOKS A/K/A CYNTHIA M. REED A/K/A CYNTHIA M. BROOK, IF ANY; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC..; CACH, LLC are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
