NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in 11-007537-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) NA FORMERLY KNOWN AS CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF FLORENCE H. CRAIG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CACH, LLC; KATHLEEN BIASINI; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH R CRAIG , DECEASED; RAYMOND KENNETH CRAIG; KELLY CRAIG WILLING; DAVID KENNETH CRAIG are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, LESS THE EAST 40 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 24, BLOCK L, EL DORADO HILLS ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
