NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated March 17, 2015, and entered in case No. 13-002495-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLEARVUE CAPITAL CORP., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. SCHAEFER, VINCENT T. SCHAEFER, LOUIS J. SCHAEFER, III, MICHAEL SCHAEFER, PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY CORPORATION, CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, CAPITAL ONE BANK, STATE OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on MAY 19, 2015, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
