NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-008501 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Legal Title Trustee for LVS Title Trust I, Plaintiff and Mary E. Dever and Susan L. Johnson Secoy and Dewi J. Johnson and Nicolette J. Johnson and Stephen R. Johnson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, HIGHLAND LAKES, UNIT THIRTEEN, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 61 AND 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
