BOOK 5743, PAGE 551, ET. SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
