NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-011116-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and LOUISE GENTRY, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LARRY GENTRY, DECEASED, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - NEW DEF; SERVICE PENDING, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE GENTRY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NORTH AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Larry Gentry, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK F, OAK ACRES ADDITION UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
