NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005654-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Angeliky Alimonos also known as Angelika Alimonos, Arthur Alimonos also known as Arthur Alimnos, Oak Creek at Countryside Property Owners' Association, Inc., Angeliky Alimonos, as Trustee of the Angeliky Alimonos Trust Dated May 21, 2000, The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Ageliky Alimonos Trust Dated May 21, 2000, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
