NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 8th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 103, Building 100, of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5292, Pages 1622 through 1694 and amended in O.R. 5292, Pages 1891 through 1894, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 57, Pages 50 through 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
