BOOK 4239, PAGE 276 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. PARCEL NO. 2: AN UNDIVIDED 1/426TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: (A) THAT UNIT OF REDINGTON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, BUILDING #2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4239, PAGE 276 THROUGH 328, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MARKED ON THE PLOT PLAN FOR SAID CONDOMINIUM AS “RECREATION UNIT” (B) AN UNDIVIDED 1/426TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED AS “BEACH PROPERTY”
commonly known as 17920 GULF BLVD 1906, REDINGTON SHORES, FL 33708 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lindsay M. Alvarez of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 4-27-15, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
