NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-007253-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Bradley Thomas Baker, as an Heir of the Estate of Myrtle Ann Baker, deceased, Claudette Baker Martin also known as Claudette Martin, as an Heir of the Estate of Myrtle Ann Baker, deceased, Dennis Deal Construction, Inc., Live Wire Electrical Services, Stewart Gas,Sun Island Association, Inc., Terry Richard Baker, as an Heir of the Estate of Myrtle Ann Baker, deceased, The Door Specialist Corp & Const. Co., The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Myrtle Ann Baker, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 161, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 4A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 15 THROUGH 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 13, 1971 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3540, PAGES 677 THROUGH 806, AND AMENDMENT ADDING GROUP NO. 4A, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4030, PAGE 374, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDIED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
