NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-007279-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Roylene Michelle McMullen also known as Roylene M. Russell, as an Heir of the Estate of Margaret C. McMullen also known as Margaret Clark McMullen, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Margaret C. McMullen also known as Margaret Clark McMullen, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, RAINBOW VALLEY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH, BUT WITHOUT WARRANTY, ALL LANDS LYING BETWEEN THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID LOT 8, RAINBOW VALLEY SUBDIVISION, EXTENDED SOUTHWARD TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AND BEING OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS THE EAST QUARTER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS RAINBOW VALLEY SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE SEAWALL ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8 AND ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO, AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND ALL FIXTURES LOCATED IN SAID IMPROVEMENTS.
