NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-007848-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and WALTER E. MAY III; CAROLYN A. MAY;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, HILLTOP GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 89; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
