Notice is hereby given that pursuant to pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 14-7859-CO-041, Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the following two properties situated in said county, described as:

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 1, BUILDING NO. 6 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EASTWOOD PINES - PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4066, PAGES 1720 ET SEQ, AS AMENDED AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

UNIT 3 - 1834 BOUGH AVENUE
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 3, BUILDING 13, OF EASTWOOD PINES TOWNHOMES PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A PINELLAS PINES PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4066, PAGE 1721, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2015. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
