NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-003295 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Monica Restrepo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO 107, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DOUGLAS ARMS DUNDEE HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 85 AND 86, AND IN O.R. BOOK 3214, PAGES 435 THROUGH 470, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3219, PAGES 467 THROUGH 490, AND IN O.R. BOOK 4818, PAGE 429 AND AGAIN IN O.R. BOOK 7302, PAGE 1846, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
