NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-004419 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WF3, Plaintiff and Michael A. Hawkins a/k/a Michael Hawkins and Sandra Hawkins, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PORTION OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 29, LAKE MAGGIORE PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, RUN 8.52 FEET, ALONG THE ARC OF CURVE TO THE LEFT, AND THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 10, RADIUS 165.03 FEET, CHORD NORTH 77° 21' 06” EAST, 8.52 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE NORTH 00° 09' 00” WEST, 91.85 FEET; THENCE NORTH 34° 00' 00” EAST, 55.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 56° 00' 00” EAST, 93.25 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE 0F LOT 9; THENCE SOUTHERLY, ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 9 AND 10, THE FOLLOWING TWO (2) COURSES: (1) 15.88 FEET, ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 1243.00 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 32° 38' 05” WEST, 15.88 FEET; (2) 125.59 FEET, ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 165.03 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 54° 04' 16” WEST, 122.59 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
