LETTAU; KATHLEEN LETTAU A/K/A KATHLEEN E. LETTAU, AS TRUSTEE AND OR TRUSTOR OF THE KATHLEEN LEATTAU REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 16, 2002; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE KATHLEEN LEATTAU REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 16, 2002; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNSHINE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 4/23/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 303-C, BUILDING 1245, SUNSHINE TERRACE PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5688, PAGE 940, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5812, PAGE 1931, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5698, PAGE 1286, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5985, PAGE 854, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 9-22, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
