APARTMENT 3, IN BUILDING âKâ, NORMANDY PARK CONDOMINIUM III, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 74 THROUGH 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF NORMANDY PARK CONDOMINIUM III, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3178, PAGE 305, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3189, PAGE 493, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4576, PAGE 1773, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1418 NORMANDY PARK DRIVE #3, CLEARWATER, FL 33756-3574; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
