NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-007315 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF DAVID HALLET; DAVID NATHANIEL HALLET; DEBORAH KAY LONG; JEANNE HALLET, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID J. HALLET A/K/A DAVID HALLET; ROYAL PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAST OF FLORIDA, INC.; THE POOL WORKS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 136, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ROYAL PINES CONDOMINIUM, DATED 2/27/79 AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4819, PAGES 1211 THROUGH 1276 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 83 THROUGH 85, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
