NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16th, 2015, and entered in Case No. CASE No.:13-006772-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-llAR, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-llAR,, is Plaintiff and Richard Singleton, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, SETCHELL'S NORTH SIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4100 29th Street N., St Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
