Unit 504, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS SOUTH GARDEN -8- BELLEVIEW BLVD, a Condominium, according to a Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5136, Page 2024, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
