NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009121-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-4, is the Plaintiff and CAYCE WILKERSON & CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 4, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
