NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-008493-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and JONORM AQUISITIONS, INC., DOROTHY DAVOLI, COUNTRY LAKES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A DANIELLE COBELENS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY DAVOLI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 102, of the Almond Building, Phase Three Country Lakes I, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 5604, Page 1270, as amended in Official Records Book 5604, Page 1444, as amended in Official Records Book 5604, Page 1445, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 119-127, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
