NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-000442-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARSHA A HARTLEY A/K/A MARSHA HARTLEY, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., JAMES ANDERSON HARTLEY SR., JEFFREY M. HARTLEY, LORI ANN HARTLEY, MICHELLE LEE HARTLEY, FIFTH THIRD BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST JAMES J. HARTLEY, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA A. HARTLEY A/K/A MARSHA HARTLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE LEE HARTLEY N/K/A DAROLD COOK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ANDERSON HARTLEY SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY M. HARTLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI ANN HARTLEY, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against James J. Hartley, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16B, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR UNIT 1, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 52-53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
