NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015223 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and PATRICIA ROJAS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of April 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 49 OF TOWNHOME MANORS OF COUNTYSIDE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECODED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE(S) 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2009 Seaside Cat Drive, Clearwater FL 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
