NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001059 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Freitas a/k/a Michael Freitas, Oyster Creek Mobile Home Park, Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 1 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT #35, OYSTER CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 804, PAGE 2053, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
