NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Judgment dated MARCH 23, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14000237CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK, is Plaintiff, and *MARY K. CEKUTA A/K/A MARY CEKUTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY K. CEKUTA A/K/A MARY CEKUTA; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of May, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 146, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A THRU 16Y AND 16Z1 THRU 16Z7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
