NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12002037CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC., is the Plaintiff and Ghyslaine Lescot, Katherine Bacha, Tenant #1 also known as Herberto Lara, Tenant # 2 also known as Aeme Reyes, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
