NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002182 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, M & T Bank, is Plaintiff and Orlando Rivera Reyes and Unknown Spouse of Orlando Rivera Reyes, are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 28 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 37, 38, and 39, Block 76, Unit 5, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 53A through 53C, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Street Address: 12330 Monterey Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33955.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
