NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15000178CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Stephen A. Witzer, as Trustee u/a/d 2/7/1985 is the Plaintiff and Shurdon A. Martin is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via foreclosure sale conducted via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 28, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 4846, PORT CHARLOTTE GOLF COURSE SECTION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 33A through 33G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
