NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13002063CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein,DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3,, is Plaintiff and Janet Lea Aud a/k/a Janet L. Aud, United States of America, Unknown Tenant# 1 n/k/a Michael Aud, are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 2222, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 37, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 41A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
