Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 20, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 21, IN BLOCK 5050, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 95, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 1A THROUGH 1Z33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 12236 DARDEN ST, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33981-6704; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on July 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
