NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14000209CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and APRIL M. GRIMSEY AKA APRIL GRIMSEY, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 20 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1469, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 34, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 38A THROUGH 38H.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
