Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14003057CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and MIKI CARPENTER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOANN GALATI; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of June, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 558, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
