Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 25, BLOCK 377, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 4A THROUGH 4Q, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on July 8, 2015.
