NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2015, and entered in 2011CA002348 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and KRZYSZTOF KOZIK; AGNIESZKA KOZIK A/K/A AGNIESZKA EWA ADACHOWSKA KOZIK N/K/A AGNIESZKA ADACHOWSKA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRZYSZTOF KOZIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AGNIESZKA KOZIK A/K/A AGNIESZKA EWA ADACHOWSKA KOZIK N/K/A AGNIESZKA ADACHOWSKA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 11, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 3194, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65A THROUGH 65H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
