NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2015, and entered in 14000627CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN K. ENWRIGHT; SHERIE M. ENWRIGHT A/K/A SHERI M. ENWRIGHT A/K/A SHERI M. MARCO ENWRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A CHRISTOPHER ENWRIGHT are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 9, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2796, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
