NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-000737, in which Bank of America, is Plaintiff, and Wayne Swartz, Unknown Spouse of Wayne Swartz and any unknown heirs and devisees, grantees, creditors and other unknown persons or unknown spouses in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Charlotte County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block 408, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Twenty-Three, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 14A through 14E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
