NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA000389AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP is Plaintiff and RAWLINGS, JODI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 13, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 1, BLOCK 36, CASANAS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 176, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
