NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 006291 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Matthew Poirier AKA Matthew J. Poirier; Unknown Spouse of Matthew Poirier AKA Matthew J. Poirier; Edna C. Wright; Unknown Spouse of Kandice McKenney; Joan R. Poirier; Shadow Brook Condominium Owner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 175 OF SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION UNIT 2A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THROUGH 646, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND EXHIBITS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME, VIN #'S EF2735A AND EF2735B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
