D'HONDT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN P. D'HONDT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR OPTEUM FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC; SABAL BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

UNIT 17-4, PHASE 4, SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, PAGE 7150, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2033, PAGE 1795, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2043, PAGE 1710, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2058, PAGE 1031, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2065, PAGE 753, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2065, PAGE 4428 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENENT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
