Sims, Darlene B. Sims, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, Bank Of America, N.A., K.M.D. Enterprise, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
