NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001561-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and E. DONALD NELSON A/K/A DONALD NELSON A/K/A EDWARD DONALD NELSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: UNIT 105 BUILDING NO. 815, AND PARKING SPACE NO. C- 28, IN PAVILION CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED JUNE 1, 1988, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1354, PAGE 165, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
