NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002359-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-11 is the Plaintiff and ROCKIE R. SABEN A/K/A ROCKIE SABEN; et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in person at date in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of May, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 9, PORT-AU-PRINCE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
